All of ISC Education (previously ISC-Intake)’s existing teams including our directors, managers, counsellors, marketers and other team members have firmly remained with their positions. The company has welcomed new teams and team members, which adhere to our provisional expansion plan.

All of the company’s marketing and recruitment activities have been strongly enhanced and we are seeing recruitment numbers consolidating in most areas.
There are four grand exhibitions planned to be implemented in 2023, with the first January exhibition that welcomed 1,000+ attendants in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh (please find more details in the Exhibitions section of this update).
We have also expanded the size of the counselling team by 30% to accommodate the increasing enquiries, and are aiming to double by 2024
The company’s expansion plan
Established as one of the longest standing and market leading companies in the sector, ISC Education has a clear strategic direction to consolidate our market position, taking the company ahead and beyond.
Apart from the three existing branches, ISC Education is on track in launching several offices in most of the major cities of Vietnam, to better connect our partners and the local students nationwide.
We will welcome a new branch in the central region of Vietnam in the coming time, followed by other provinces.
In January 2023, we successfully set up ISC Education Global PTE LTD in Singapore, which will act as a foundation for our global expansion strategy.
We have a clear strategic planning on global expansion and are currently looking at several potential options. We will keep our partners informed with more information in the coming months.
Legal & Contracts
ISC Education was established in 1999 as one of the first and leading international study companies. By 2010, the company went into partnership with Intake Education (Previously UKEAS) and was registered as “ISC-UKEAS Joint Stock Company” under the business licence number 0104898691. With many years of establishment, we will continue to operate under the same business licence, with only a name change to ISC Education Joint Stock Company.
ISC Education Global PTE LTD, our Singapore entity is registered in December 2022. This will be our base for the future expansion of ISC Education.

At this time, with the agreement with Intake Education, we will continue to serve you under the global contract of Intake Education, if you have not yet signed a separate contract with ISC Education.
However, this arrangement is not planned to be permanent.
Yes. In order for us to continue our operation, we would need to sign a separate contract with you as soon as possible, under the name of “ISC Education Joint Stock Company”.
As we have a long history of working together, we are looking forward to continuing serving you for many more years ahead, under the name of ISC Education. We hope the issuance process will proceed ahead as soon as possible.

Yes, ISC Education has established a dedicated team which includes personnel from different functions and departments of the business to jointly assist our beloved partners in all areas, ensuring a highest industry standard.
ISC Education will constantly strive to improve our services for institution partners from time to time. We commit to:
- Continue to provide exceptional and industry leading counselling and recruitment services for all partners institutions, striving to meet and exceed the given recruitment targets.
- Continue to provide our industry leading services for our partners uninterruptedly, serving from the smallest requests.
- Actively work with individual partners to generate and implement creative marketing campaigns, ensuring the partners are positioned and promoted actively in the markets we operate.
- Provide a semi-annual report on the Market Insights of which the company operates.
- Organise online workshops for regular market trends and other relevant updates.

- Marketing team leaders and specialists, who will assist you in all marketing related activities and information, from providing market insights, delivering and promoting partners marketing updates, generate and implement single/annual marketing plans to organise school visits, exhibitions and other interactive events.
- Dedicated contract teams who will work and coordinate with partners for any related legal matters.
Rebranding
Our team has worked hard to make the new presence as simple, recognisable and interactive as possible, and to ensure that our company’s 20+ years’ values are inherited well into the brand identity, with a strong spirit of “Always Moving Forward”.
We considered this as an opportunity to further enhance the company’s solid, long-standing presence and reinforce our market leading brand image.

As of September 2022, following our name change, ISC Education had introduced and incorporated our refreshed name and branding identity into all of our marketing channels and received many positive feedbacks from the market. This was demonstrated by the great number of attendance and brand presence in our January 2023 Education Exhibition.
Contact details updates
Our office addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers will remain unchanged.
However, as part of the rebranding procedure, all of our email addresses’ domains will be switched from @isc-intake.com to @isc.education. For the convenience of our partners and students, all of the existing email addresses’ local parts will remain the same.
For example:

- lh.lan@isc-intake.com -> lh.lan@isc.education
The email address’ changes will take effect from the 1st of March, 2023
We understand that this change may potentially cause certain miscommunications. Hence, we will ensure that all current addresses are kept available for a limited period of time. Emails sent to the existing mailboxes will be forwarded to our new addresses until all of our partners and students are familiarised with the change.
We will inform you in advance the exact date and time for the old addresses to be shut down.

Exhibitions
ISC Education has been organising some of the country’s best education exhibitions over the last 20 years. We currently own two renowned brands for the exhibitions which include EDUUK (Focus on promoting UK Education) and StudyWorld (Focus on promoting Global Education).
We are happy to announce that the EDUUK and StudyWorld brands will continue to be used and strongly invested in the future.
Our exhibitions plan for the year of 2023 has been fixed, with the first happened in January and were greatly enjoyed by many partners and 1000+ students/parents.

Technology application & Data Management
We carry an ambitious digital transformation plan and wholeheartedly believe in a concept of “tech-touch customer success” strategy. With the correct combination of emerging digital technologies (tech) and world-class in-person services (touch), our partners and clients will enjoy a new level of satisfaction.
In parallel with the development of technology, we also pay great emphasis on managing and safeguarding personal data as well as other intellectual properties.
The company is setting up a dedicated Tech Team in 2023, which consists of the Technology Group and Data Strategy Group. The team is structured with a mixture of both young and experienced engineers, specialising in different fields.
Our Tech Team will be working extensively on several projects including Digital Tools & Platforms, Data Management, Machine Learning and the application of NFTs.
Our clients data are collected on their wills, through their journey when interacting with ISC Education, for the purpose of the provided services, with strict Data Privacy Policy.
We possess an advanced Data Management Framework, with a specialised CRM system which will store and safeguards clients and partners data securely.
Le Thi Van Tho
Managing Director
Van Tho is the Founder and Director of ISC Education. She holds a Master degree in International Relations. After working at management positions for Ford Motor Company in Vietnam and British Petroleum in Singapore, she founded ISC Education in 1999. The company is among the first and longest-standing international study counselling companies in Vietnam.
In 2005, Van Tho met with the directors of Intake Education (previously UKEAS), forming a joint venture operation of ISC – Intake (now rebranded to ISC Education). She has been serving as the Managing Director of the company.
With her aspirations in international education, the company has been recognised with numerous awards such as the “Best Agent” award given by the New Zealand Education Minister and the “Best Agent” awards presented by the British Council.
Phan Tuan Linh
Head of Business Development
Linh is the Head of Business Development at ISC Education. Holding a Bachelor degree in Marketing at Aston University (UK), he continued to acquire his MBA in Chicago, USA. With 10 years of managerial experience in various fields, Linh joined ISC Education in 2019. He oversees the marketing, business operation, expansion strategy and tech development activities at ISC Education.
Marion San
Head of Partnership
Based in Ho Chi Minh, Marion manages relationships with partners to ensure they get the most out of their international recruitment strategies. She holds a Master Degree in International Business and has experiences in both events planning and partnerships management in France, Singapore and Vietnam. Living in South East Asia since 2016, she joined ISC Education in 2019.

Le Hong Lan
Counselling Team Leader
Holding a Bachelor Degree in Education, Ms. Lan joined ISC Education in 2003 right after her graduation, starting the role as a counsellor. She holds accreditations from the British Council and the Ministry of Education & Training. With more than 20 years with ISC Education, she is considered to be among the most experienced experts in the industry.
Tram Nguyen
Counselling Team Leader
Ms. Tram holds a first class degree in English Linguistics, University of Social Sciences (HCM, Vietnam) and enjoyed 10 years of experience in the education industry. She joined ISC Education in 2017 and has been taking the leading role in supporting the company’s world-class counselling team. Ms. Tram is based in ISC Education Ho Chi Minh Office.
Hailey Thu Nguyen
Marketing Team Leader
Ms. Hailey Thu Nguyen went to Bournemouth University, UK for her higher education, majoring in Marketing Communication.
With experience working for global corporations in the marketing & event field, Hailey joined ISC Education in 2019 and has been taking the leading roles in strategic planning and promotional campaigns implementation. Thu is always motivated to support our partners in all marketing and events related matters.
Pham Minh Hieu
Marketing Team Leader
Ms. Hieu holds a Bachelor degree in International Business at RMIT University and further studies in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Joining ISC Education in 2020, Hieu supports our partners in developing appropriate communication strategies and directly takes lead in the implementation process. She works wholeheartedly to ensure the company’s marketing campaigns perform to the highest efficiency and standards.
Ha Nguyen
Contract Specialist
Ms. Ha Nguyen is a master graduate from the University of Birmingham, UK. She possesses extensive experience in the legal and education industries.
In 2022, Ms. Ha joined ISC Education as a contract specialist. She coordinates with our valued partners to support all contractual related matters.
James Phan
Tech Team Leader
James holds a degree in both Computer Science and MIS at the Temple University, USA. Trained as a qualified expert, James has taken a leading role at various global tech corporations.
He joined ISC Education in early 2023, overseeing the development of the company’s technological projects.. James is passionate in the fields of Large Language Model and Machine Learning.
